WHO WE ARE
Although Maas Renovations was founded by Mark Baughman in 2017 as a new company, there is a much longer history behind the owner. Mark started in construction back in 2000 working with his step father, a new home builder. Throughout the years he gained invaluable lessons on building the right way, not cutting corners, and always treating the customers with respect. Mark obtained his real estate license in 2006 and formed Baughman Enterprises, which incorporated both real estate sales and real estate investing/construction. Recently, Mark branched off Baughman Enterprises into 2 new companies, MAAS HOMES LLC (Real Estate Rentals) and now Real Estate renovation, design and construction (MAAS Renovations LLC). So, where Maas Renovations may be a new name, the same quality you have learned to trust from Baughman Enterprises, is still here.

We have done remodel and renovation projects for as little as $500 and as high as $85,000 for our customers. We pair our renovation with our real estate sales and create the perfect combination.
